Originally released in 2005, Stranger’s Wrath was hailed as a “stunning and exquisitely realized masterpiece” by Game Informer Magazine* and earned a Metacritic score of 88/100.  It was nominated for Outstanding Achievement in Animation at the Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences Interactive Achievement Awards.  

The Switch version of Stranger’s Wrath HD offers a rewritten graphics renderer that improves shadows and makes those crisp HD textures look gorgeous running at 60 frames per second, at native resolutions in both handheld and docked modes.

Load times are also updated to be blisteringly fast, thanks to a new system designed especially for this new Switch version of our classic Western adventure. And if you’re having trouble getting Stranger’s unique Live Ammo on target, the all new gyroscopic aiming system allows you to make those minor adjustments in the heat of battle.
