A long time ago here at Oddworld Inc we had a huge collection of artwork- never before seen characters, early designs, environment sketches… You name it, we had it!

It was an archive of everything Odd- with work from some of the most talented artists in the industry. Somewhere along the way the archive got lost, and we thought we’d never see it again.

Thankfully, we were wrong! We recently found boxes and boxes of artwork that we haven’t seen in years, much of it has never been seen by anyone outside of Oddworld Inc before.

We think it’s about time that changed.

Starting a little later today, we’re going to be sharing images every weekday on our Instagram (right here) up until Soulstorm’s release! Make sure you’re following our Instagram page so you don’t miss any updates!

Even better, Lorne and the rest of the team are going to be writing up some insights for the images, so you’ll have some brand new info, too!

And while we’re here on this day of discoveries, we’d also like to announce that earlier this year we also uncovered the source code to the original Oddworld: Abe’s Oddysee, but we’ll have more to talk about on this in due course!
