Oddworld's First Oddsgiving Cookbook

Thanks to you chefs, Oddsgiving was a hit! Now you can learn how to make your own Oddworld delicacies.

Scrabcakes (by kinseyandrew)

•1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs
•8-10 crushed saltine crackers
•1 egg (From a Clakker, if you wish. They have a distinct odor, though)
•2 tablespoons Greek yogurt (tastes better than mayo! And, keeping with the Scrab theme, it’s healthier, too! Lots of protein! Have you seen the muscles on those things??)
•1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
•1 pound fresh Scrab meat, drained (or crab meat if they’re too hard to find)
•2 tablespoons butter
•Salt and pepper (to taste)
•1/2 teaspoon Sri Racha sauce (or hot sauce of your choosing)
•1/2 teaspoon horseradish sauce
You can lessen these amounts if yer too much of a Slurg to take the heat ;)

1. Mix the saltine crackers, yogurt, hot sauce, horseradish sauce, Old Bay seasoning, egg, salt, and pepper into a largish bowl.

2. Stir in the Scrabmeat until thoroughly mixed but still chunky. Cover and refrigerate it for about 1 hour.

3. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs onto a plate.

4. Shape the Scrab mixture into 4 small, thick patties, and completely coat them with the bread crumbs.

5. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat, and cook the Scrabcakes until golden brown (takes about 4 minutes per side).

6. Enjoy! But don’t go crazy, these things ARE endangered, ya know!
