I wanted to tell you all about some updates that have just gone live via Steam. As you know when the Oddboxx released back on December 20th, we had a fair amount of feedback, that feedback has impressed upon us how much you guys wanted to see some fixes, and extra features, well we’d like to share with you a little something …
Stranger’s Wrath:
Fixes
1. Fixed performance issues.
2. Fixed save game permissions issues. Save games and config file are now saved in “Program Files” to “\Documents\Oddworld\Stranger’s Wrath”.
3. Fixed controls “sticking” issues.
4. Fixed tutorial text – Camera mode switch button text.
5. Fixed turorial text – Camera reset button text.
7. Fixed broken achievement “Mine your business”.
8. Fixed incorrect texts being displayed in controls Layout screens.
9. Fixed 5.1 and 7.1 audio.
10. Fixed Mouse lag.
11. Fixed issue with only 1 of 3 dialogue lines working in Jail house.
12. Fixed first person view on nVidia boards.
Changes
1. Added screen resolution selection to launcher.
2. Added v-sync option to launcher.
3. Added joystick selection to launcher.
4. Added customisable controls.
5. Added support for third party “generic” joypads.
6. Added widescreen suppport.
7. Re-authored Keyboard “layout” screen in options.
8. Removed automatic joypad detection.

All online stores are distributing the latest version. If you bought an earlier version, it should update automatically. Where did you buy Munch from?
I downloaded strangers wrath from steam but when I try to play it, it won’t get past he loading screen, but the audio sounds like the game is playing fine.

I´ve just bought ODDBOX as a part of cover DVD (Level Magazine, Czech republic). I´d like to know
if there is any chance to update M.O. and S.W.. It´s not probably a Steam version so I can´t update that through it. Thanx for help and sorry for English

Oddworld Strangers Wrath on PC still is waiting for an HD update…….will it ever come out?
But of course. We haven’t been working on it all this time just to toss it out the window!

We’re holding back on the estimates. Whenever we go even a day overdue on an estimate we getting yelled at an awful lot. It is on the cusp of completion and will shortly be submitted for compatibility testing so we don’t repeat the mistake of the original PC release.

The game is great but when we could have a french version or just a subtitle ?
Stranger’s Wrath HD is already available with full French audio and subtitles. Munch’s Oddysee on Steam is still currently English-only, but will have the French audio when the HD version comes out.
Yeah hi, fellow gamers that I know of including me are having a problem with OSW. When we launch the game it seems to crash after the Oddworld logo, we are unable to find a patch or fix it ourselves and are wondering if the people at J.A.W will fix this. Sometime in the nearby future would be nice.

i recently bought Munch Oddysee HD from PSN and when i jump with munch sounds a bit broken if u have time to fix it will be awesome
